DMCA and copyright policy
PussyLoops respects the rights of copyright owners and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws.
Report infringing content
If you own the copyright in a video on this site, or are authorized to act for the owner, send us a notice through our report form. Please include:
- The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The link to each video on PussyLoops you want removed.
- Your name and an email address where we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your full name as your electronic signature.
What we do
When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the video promptly, normally within 24 hours. A removed file cannot be uploaded to the site again. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are closed.
Counter-notice
If your video was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you have the right to publish it, send a counter-notice through the same form with: the link of the removed video, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name and email, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We may restore the video unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Knowingly false notices or counter-notices may make you liable for damages.
